Come, They Told Me

This Christmas song takes on new meaning when you think about shopping. I peruse the ads hoping to find the best bargains. I have noticed that a particular department store is advertising "The Biggest Sale of the Season" or "the Year." Funny how the percentage off is the same as it has always been the whole year on picture frames. Perhaps the biggest sale of the season/year is only on a few items while everything else stays the same. Didn't read that in the fine print with my magnifying lens.
