Decorating

Tree is up and falling apart from old age. Lights are strung, 1000 total. Garland looped in two colors. Animated Santa, Mrs. Claus, and a bear sitting at the base of the tree. Decorations found and sitting on the table. 20 days left to get it all put together. Should I wait for the granddaughter to come help? She will probably be more excited than my other family members who never seem to get into the decorations.
