Snow Days

Can you believe this snow? We live in the area that first received snow, then hours and hours of sleet, enough to make snow cones for each person in our state, then more snow on top of that. My hubby had shoveled the walk at least 3 times throughout the day and applied the salt/melt pelts. By the time we went to bed, you couldn't see the walk! Now I know that this is nothing compared to the 11 feet of snow received by Oswego, New York, but for our area, this snow ranks right up near the record for us. We will have to make-up these days at the end of our school year in May, but that is a small price to pay for the memories of the snow.
